Such a sweet couple and event! Amy and Gabe were married on October 21st, 2013 at Melrose Market Studios in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We started with their first look photos at the Plymouth Columns on Pike street, then headed over to Volunteer Park for formal photos of the wedding party. It was a beautiful fall day, and the colors, attire, and details the couple chose for the day complimented the season perfectly. I loved the ambient light at their ceremony, and the music throughout the event was unique and matched their personalities to a tee. Congrats you two! Thanks for including me in your special day.
Nan is a long-time friend and another fabulous photographer, so I was more than thrilled when she asked me to get some photos of her and her family. As shutterbugs, it’s easy to take mountains of photos of others but never get in them yourself! Her boys were so sweet and did so well during the shoot too.
Such a sweet couple! I’ve known Lesley since we were little girls, so it was a special experience to photograph her wedding to Cody, and be part of their families’ big day. They were married at the Broadmoor Golf Club on Saturday September 28th. While the weather wasn’t exactly in our favor, the bride and groom were wonderful sports and made the best of the situation by grabbing some rain boots and umbrellas, and stepping out in the drizzle for some true Seattle wedding day photographs! Their day was unique and fun with a high five between the bride and groom after their first kiss, a breakfast-for-dinner buffet, and Rice Krispies treat groom’s cake. Congrats you two! Thanks for making me your shutterbug.

Loved this day! Matt is the brother of a wonderful college friend of mine, and I was thrilled to get to photograph his wedding to his gorgeous bride Samantha. The event was held at Suncadia Resort and Spa in Cle Elum, on September 21 2013. We had beautiful weather, and were able to make the most of the mountain views, bridges, and landscaping around the property. My favorite moments were Same’s first looks with her Dad and Matt. They were both filled with such love, emotion, and happy tears. I got misty myself! During the ceremony, there were two hawks circling above the couple too had to be a good omen! The party was intimate, but a great time – these group knew how to have fun! Congrats you two!
